The terms for using Hawk Simulations during early access. Plain words, and only what is true of the product today.

The service: Hawk Simulations is a browser workbench for engineering design and simulation. It is in early access, so features and prices can change as we build it.
Your account: Use accurate details and keep your password to yourself. One account per person. The free credit is for trying the product, and accounts created to collect it again may be closed.
Credit: New accounts get free credit. Compute and AI use draw it down at the rates shown in the workbench, and you can see every charge. Credit has no cash value. Top-ups are prepaid.
Your work: You own what you upload and create. Projects on free accounts are public, and you allow other users to view and clone them. Only upload what you have the right to share.
Results: Simulation results are engineering estimates. The workbench records how each result was produced and flags the ones it cannot vouch for, but you are responsible for checking a result before you rely on it for a design, safety or certification decision.
Fair use: Do not use the service for anything unlawful, do not try to break or overload it, do not resell access, and do not upload anything you have no right to. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
