Privacy

What we collect, why, and who else sees it. Plain words, and only what is true of the product today.

What we collect: Your account details: name, work email and organisation. What you create in the workbench: geometry, projects, runs, results and copilot conversations. Usage and billing records: the compute and AI you use, your credit and any top-ups. Sign-in records for security: time, IP address and browser.
Projects are public by default: On free accounts, projects are public: other users can see them and clone them. Do not upload anything you are not free to share. Private projects will come with paid plans.
Why we use it: To run your simulations and the copilot, to meter usage against your credit, to keep the service secure, and to email you about your account. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else processes it: Our cloud infrastructure provider, Google Cloud, where the product runs. The AI model providers behind the copilot, which receive your prompts and the project context they need. When top-ups open, Stripe handles card payments, and we never see your card number.
Cookies and analytics: This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The workbench keeps your sign-in in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
Keeping it and your rights: We keep your data while your account is open. You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time, and closing your account deletes your projects after a short grace period.
